Coco Regulars terms
For people collecting stamps and rewards. Free, and it stays free.
Coco Regulars is free to use and always will be. These terms say what the card is, what it is not, and who to talk to when something goes wrong.

What the card is not
This is the important part, so it goes first. Coco Regulars is not a payment card, not an e-money product, and not a stored-value instrument. It never holds money. You cannot load it, spend it, or withdraw from it, and nothing on it has a cash value.
What it holds is a record: stamps you have collected, points you have earned, rewards you are owed and vouchers a shop has issued you.
Each shop runs its own rewards
Every shop sets its own card — how many stamps, what the reward is, when it expires. Rewards never transfer between shops. A stamp from the café is not a stamp at the barber, and no shop can see or spend another shop's balances.
The reward itself is a promise from that shop to you, not from us. We run the software that keeps the count honest. If a shop closes, changes its offer, or refuses a reward, that is between you and the shop — though tell us and we will help where we can.
Your account
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to lose.
- You can join a shop as a guest without giving an email. Guest cards expire 30 days after they are created — add an email before then to keep them.
- Keep your member QR to yourself. It is what a shop scans to add a stamp, and anyone holding it could redeem your rewards.
Fair use
Collect stamps for visits you actually made. Shops can void balances that were obviously gamed — a scan that was never a purchase, a code shared around, an account made to farm a welcome offer — and we can close an account being used that way.
Messages
A shop can email or send you push notifications about its own rewards and offers only if you agreed to it when you joined. You can turn that off per shop, at any time, in the app. Sign-in codes and messages about a reward you have earned are not marketing and will keep coming while you have an account.
Leaving
Leave a shop's card at any time, or delete your whole account, from the app — https://app.thecococard.com/api/me/delete. Deleting removes your personal data. Any unredeemed rewards go with it, so use them first.
You can also export everything we hold about you at https://app.thecococard.com/api/me/export.
Changes and the legal bits
The card is free, so we may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw the service entirely we will give you notice and time to redeem what you are owed.
As a consumer you have rights that these terms cannot take away, and nothing here is intended to. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
